What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, just email us within 14 days with your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll replace the item or refund you at no cost — no hassle, no extra steps.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

We start processing orders quickly—usually within 24 hours—so changes or cancellations are only possible during that short window.

If you need to update your size, color, address, or cancel your order, email us right away at support@teesbyaccident.com
and we’ll do our best to catch it before it’s printed.

Do you offer custom designs or personalized t-shirts?

We currently offer our own curated designs, but we can create custom or personalized t-shirts on a case-by-case basis.

If you have a specific idea, design request, or artwork you’d like printed, just email us at support@teesbyaccident.com, and we’ll let you know if we can make it happen.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

- AU/NZ: 3–6 business days
- Rest of World: 5–15 business days

Most orders are made + shipped within 1–3 business days, with free shipping on 2+ items and tracking included.

What is your return, exchange, and refund policy?

We offer replacements for damaged or incorrect items reported within 14 days, but generally do not accept returns for sizing or change of mind outside the EU.

EU customers, however, are granted a 14-day Right of Withdrawal for returns; read more about the policy here
